Having been founded in the last four years by the former Head of Energy at Tesla, they have since raised over £200 million in funding whilst operating in stealth mode. Now they've also acquired a serious innovation leader in the battery software industry and with this additional power, are on a one-way ticket to completely revolutionising the electrification of powering homes, through the use of clean and sustainable energy.

The role 

As an Engineering Lead you will be coming into the business to provide an additional point of technical logic and expertise, to help deliver software enhancements and products within the suite and and lead a small development team.

Working closely with the Principal Engineers and Head of Engineering, you'll help to:

• define technical requirements and deliver value to the tech team on a personal level
• sit with the Product team to define product requirements and ultimately transfer those into the technical team, ensuring alignment between product/tech
• deliver accountability across the team and maintain  exceptional standards of code and overall work

The tech environment consists predominantly of tools and languages such as Embedded C/C++, Rust, TypeScript, React, AWS etc.
