QHSE Manager - Highly Regulated Industry - Sheffield

A QHSE Manager is required in Sheffield for an outstanding opportunity in a specialist manufacturing company, supplying an array of products into a highly regulated industry.

They are looking to expand their team through the hiring of a friendly, adaptable and motivated QHSE professional, to ensure the safe operation of the business and Quality related matter.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in continuing to improve quality management
• Lead and develop our existing QHSE process
•  Ensure H&S policies are robust and well communicated
• Manage H&S policies and mentor teams
• Conduct risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
• Ensure incident investigations are conducted in a timely manner, including root cause analysis and corrective action is undertaken.
• Conduct regular health and safety inspection/audits and prepare detailed H&S audit reports
• Development, implementation and monitoring of the Quality System
• Collect and report on QHSE data and metrics.
• Support continuous improvement activities across the business

Experience and qualifications:

• NEBOSH general certificate
• Experience in ISO 14001 & 45001 & 9001
• Experience within HSE legislation and regulations, with some experience with Quality or experience in a Quality role, with HSE duties
• Passionate about HSEQ
• Thorough knowledge of HSEQ laws, regulations, practice and standards
• Friendly, confident, ambitious professional
• Good communication, with the ability to build relationships at any level of the business
