Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor/ Analyst to earn up to £38k whilst working for a global, multidisciplinary company in London. The role:

• Liaising and building relationships with clients and the company daily
• Designing courses and delivering them alongside a training manager for internal staff
• Largely commercial-based work
• Undertaking asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing
• Conducting asbestos management plans and training
• Managing re-inspections and updating the asbestos register and management plans.
• Ensuring that all work is in line with company and UKAS legislation
• Leading refurbishment, management, and demolition surveys

What we’re looking for:

• BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent
• BOHS P403 qualification or equivalent
• BOHS P404 qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst role
• DBS cleared
