Asbestos Surveyor

We have an amazing opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor to earn up to £34k while working for a growing UKAS-accredited company in Essex. The company, although being relatively new, are rapidly growing and work with an extensive and high-level client base.

The role:

• The role will include creating and proof reading well-written and clear technical reports
• Liaising and building relationships with clients and the company daily
• Managing re-inspections and updating the asbestos register and management plans
• Conducting refurbishment, management, and demolition surveys
• The role will include frequent system usage
• Conducting a range of asbestos surveying in line with company standards
• Adhering to quality control regulations and health and safety legislation in order to maintain company standards
• The position will include a range of work including domestic, commercial, and private

What we’re looking for:

• BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent
• BOHS P403 qualification or equivalent
• BOHS P404 qualification or equivalent
• 2 + years of experience in asbestos surveying
