We are currently recruiting for an Asbestos Consultant on behalf of a well-established global environmental and property compliance consultancy. They are seeking self-motivated, high calibre individuals to assist with input to develop both technical excellence and new business and sales opportunities. Dual trained candidates would be preferred but our client will consider single trained P403/P404 Analysts.  

The role:

  • Undertaking building surveys and bulk sampling
  • Carrying out asbestos monitoring and clearances/ Certificate of Re-occupation
  • Preparing accurate reports of your work in standard formats.
  • Maintaining and building on good relationship with clients.
  • Managing projects and small teams
  • Working to the company’s Quality Management Systems and UKAS accreditation within small project teams of Asbestos Site Analysts and Surveyors
  • Servicing a range of local and national clients in both the public and private sector

What we’re looking for:

  • BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent
  • BOHS P403 qualification or equivalent
  • BOHS P404 qualification or equivalent
  • CoCA/CCP qualification (desirable)
  • Minimum of 12 months related work within a UKAS accredited organisation
  • Report writing experience
  • Ability to develop good relationships with clients and representatives at all levels
  • Proven ability in the main core areas, or a strong desire to gain this experience.
  • Flexibility – the work involves travelling and working at weekends and other unsocial hours as required from time to time.
  • A full driving licence is essential
